Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and dry them well. Peel the mango, take out the pulp and cut it into small pieces. Peel and cut the bananas as well. Remove the date seeds.
Put mango, banana, mint leaves and dates in the mixer. Also add 2 cups of cold water. Grind all these in a mixer.
Smoothie is ready. Pour it in a glass. Serve with Dry Fruits and Mint Leaves.
